Sukhimrt Employee Work Policy

1. Every individual who joins as a worker under Sukhi Mart must follow the company’s rules and assigned duties sincerely.

2. The employee must perform all allocated tasks with honesty and dedication. Instructions given by the management must be followed properly.

3. Regular attendance and timely reporting to duty are mandatory. Repeated absence or lateness without prior notice will be considered a violation.

4. If any employee disobeys company rules, abandons work without notice, or engages in dishonest behavior, strict action will be taken.

5. Any kind of misconduct or breach of policy may result in salary deduction or termination without prior warning.

6. The decision of the Sukhi Math management will be final in case of any dispute or complaint.
